Carlotta
Carlotta is a new Mediterranean diner by Chris Lucas, the restaurateur behind acclaimed Melbourne venues Chin Chin, Kisume and Grill Americano.
The 120-seat venue will sit pretty on Scotts Cross in Canberra Centre, and will showcase local produce and emerging Canberra talent. More details to come.
Carlotta will open on Scotts Crossing in spring, 2024.
